Project Manager. Mr. Morgan has over 20 years experience as a general contractor, designer, and
consultant for residential and commercial construction projects in Oregon and
California. Mr. Morgan holds a BA degree from the University of Oregon and a JD degree from
the University of San Diego. Mr. Morgan maintains an active California Bar license and holds General
Contractor licenses in California and Oregon.

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach

Matthew Sams, Vice President; and Mike Maxwell, Project Manager obtained their
OSHA 30-Hour safety certifications. The Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has established minimum
safety criteria for employers and employees with specific emphasis in the
construction industry. The certification covers construction activities with respect to scaffolding,
ladders, electrical power tools and use of personal protection equipment (PPE)
among other topics. Steven Wright, President obtained both his 10-hour and 30-hour certificates in
2010.

certified as LEAD RENOVATORS by the EPA. New Federal laws require only certified Lead Remediation Firms be involved in
reconstruction, remodel and repair on buildings where Lead may be present.

Project Manager. Mr. Lepper is a California Licensed Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering
and holds an active California General Building Contractors License. Mr. Lepper obtained a BS in Architectural Engineering from California
Polytechnic State University. While new to the forensic industry, Mr. Lepper brings a fresh perspective as an
actual design engineer with extensive experience custom home design, specialty
concrete and project costs analysis.
