Major Component Testing

Our professional inspectors provide detailed on-site investigation of construction
component failures which could result in construction defect claims. This involves
testing of all major construction components, including below-grade waterproofing,
vapor emissions testing, balcony deck exterior cladding, fenestration and roofing
systems. The testing serves to immediately identify any component failures that can
be corrected cost-effectively before the next construction phase is implemented.

All testing is digitally photographed and stored online. All reports are submitted in
writing––a rarity in this specialized field.


Custom Inspection Protocols
